Project REFLECT is a professional development experience for K-12 classroom practitioners to:
  • Enhance teachers' understanding of the Internet as an instructional resource.
  • Provide development and practice of practical and relevant Internet-based applications.
  • Explore the effectiveness of Internet-based instruction in one's own classroom.

Project REFLECT’s goals are accomplished through a graduate-level course, the Internet Classroom Teacher Training Course (ICTTC).
